Joining a small but ambitious and hardworking team, the PA will be someone who enjoys wearing many hats, providing direct support to senior team members while also acting as the go-to person in the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal PA will be hands-on, solutions-focused, and take pride in delivering excellence across all responsibilities.
Team PA duties:
- Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Organising international and domestic travel
- Formatting and refining investor presentations
- Supporting senior management with ad hoc projects and confidential tasks
- Office management duties including ordering supplies, coordinating IT, and liaising with service providers
- Acting as the main point of contact for contractors and building management
- Ensuring the office remains a welcoming and professional space for staff and visitors, as well as greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Planning and coordinating team events, socials, and corporate functions
- Assisting with occasional personal errands and ad hoc tasks
Team PA requirements:
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Team Assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in handling confidential matters
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset - someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved!
Additional details:
- Our client offers 4:1 hybrid working in West End offices (Fridays from home).
- Core office hours are 9am – 5.30pm.
