We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join a busy professional services firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and post
- Schedule meetings and appointments, preparing relevant documents and taking minutes when required
- Assist with office supplies management and liaising with vendors as needed
- Support event coordination and team projects as requested
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience ideal (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
