Temp EA needed join the global leader in Customer Data Science. We're looking for an intelligent and on-it EA to support their dynamic CEO. You'll manage a complex diary across time zones, maintain confidentiality, and become a trusted right-hand person. Beyond traditional EA duties, you'll take on a Chief of Staff role, attend executive meetings, and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary management
• Confidential and proactive support
• Executive meeting attendance and note-taking
• Office ambassador with general oversight
• Project management and research

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with CEO or senior C-suite support experience
• Corporate and entrepreneurial background
• Agile mindset and multitasking skills

Details:

• 4 days in office, 1 day remote (flexible)
• Potential to manage a team of EAs
