A boutique finance firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a few senior partners and ad-hoc assistance to the wider team. This fast-paced role requires excellent organisational skills and prior experience in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Oversee complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel plans.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, manage logistics, and take minutes as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, create reports, and maintain files.
  • Team Support: Provide ad-hoc support, including event planning and office coordination.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within finance (e.g., private equity, investment banking, asset management).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
