We’re seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist for an ongoing temporary role at a co-working space in Central London. This is a front-of-house position that offers the possibility of both full-time and part-time options, making it perfect for candidates with excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

Full-Time Hours: 8:15 am – 6:30 pm

Part-Time Hours: They would also consider hiring two part-time temp candidates for a morning and afternoon shift

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage meeting room bookings, assisting with event setups and scheduling
  • Handle calls and emails, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area and shared spaces
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the management team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and a can-do attitude
