We are looking for an upbeat, proactive and tenacious Temporary Office Manager to support a fast-paced fin-tech firm in Central London. This is a dynamic role where you’ll oversee office operations, ensuring the workspace runs smoothly while supporting senior management and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external vendors
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and couriers
- Assist with organising company events, dinners, team meetings, and staff socials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar environment/start-up environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment (fin-tech or tech industry preferred)
