We are looking for an upbeat, proactive and tenacious Temporary Office Manager to support a fast-paced fin-tech firm in Central London. This is a dynamic role where you’ll oversee office operations, ensuring the workspace runs smoothly while supporting senior management and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external vendors
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and couriers
  • Assist with organising company events, dinners, team meetings, and staff socials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager in a similar environment/start-up environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment (fin-tech or tech industry preferred)
