Temp Office Manager - 3 month temp role - Start ASAP - International Charity

Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a knack for managing change? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to lead the charge in a major office relocation and transition project for a globally impactful charity making a real difference in people’s lives.

What you’ll do:

  • Support a team of 150 employees as they adapt to a brand-new office environment.
  • Facilitate orientation and training on new facilities, technology, and hybrid workspaces.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all things related to the move, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Gather and relay feedback to enhance the employee experience, tweaking plans to ensure a smooth settling-in process.
  • Collaborate with office services and IT teams to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in managing office moves
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to guide teams through new ways of working.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with office technology and a "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
