Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a knack for managing change? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to lead the charge in a major office relocation and transition project for a globally impactful charity making a real difference in people’s lives.
What you’ll do:
- Support a team of 150 employees as they adapt to a brand-new office environment.
- Facilitate orientation and training on new facilities, technology, and hybrid workspaces.
- Act as the go-to expert for all things related to the move, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Gather and relay feedback to enhance the employee experience, tweaking plans to ensure a smooth settling-in process.
- Collaborate with office services and IT teams to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
