- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth working environment
- Managing office supplies and resources, including ordering and inventory
- Supporting senior leadership with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, team events, and office-wide initiatives
- Managing office facilities and liaising with vendors and contractors
- Ensuring office health and safety protocols are followed
