 Temp Office Manager for a fast-paced tech start-up for an ongoing temporary assignment.

  • Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth working environment
  • Managing office supplies and resources, including ordering and inventory
  • Supporting senior leadership with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, team events, and office-wide initiatives
  • Managing office facilities and liaising with vendors and contractors
  • Ensuring office health and safety protocols are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to office management
  • Previous experience in office management or similar roles within a tech environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up culture
