Are you looking to make a difference? We are seeking a highly organised and emotionally intelligent Temporary Operations/Admin professional to provide essential support to our leadership team in a specialist care services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the Director’s time and meetings
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders, including Social Services, NHS staff, and therapists
- Monitor and log incidents, ensuring reports are sent to Social Services
- Organise Health & Safety and Environmental checks
- Manage the company inbox, responding or escalating as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong admin skills with a strategic mindset
- Confident communicator who can handle multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Based in SW London, making it ideal for someone who lives nearby
- Bonus: 1 day per week working from home
