Long-term Temp PA to Director 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temp PA to a Director at a prestigious university. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience providing executive support, ideally within higher education or a corporate background. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with project management, communications, and liaising between departments
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
  • Organize and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a PA, ideally within higher education or a corporate environment
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with senior management and external parties

This role offers hybrid working with 3-4 days in the office depending on university holidays
