Long-term Temp PA to Director
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temp PA to a Director at a prestigious university. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience providing executive support, ideally within higher education or a corporate background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project management, communications, and liaising between departments
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Organize and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a PA, ideally within higher education or a corporate environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with senior management and external parties
This role offers hybrid working with 3-4 days in the office depending on university holidays
