We’re working with a boutique pharmaceutical company looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders and their wider team during a busy period.
This is a classic EA role with a mix of diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and general admin support. You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit office with a professional yet friendly atmosphere—everyone’s focused but approachable.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings across time zones
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Preparing documents and presentations
- General team support and office coordination
Who we’re looking for:
- An experienced EA who’s confident juggling multiple priorities
- Someone organised, discreet, and calm under pressure
- Background in pharmaceuticals or investor relations is a plus—but not essential
- A great communicator who can hit the ground running
