Are you a proactive, hands-on, and adaptable individual with a passion for interiors and luxury items. Our client, a leading bespoke interiors firm, is seeking a confident and reliable Part-Time Temp Team Assistant/Admin to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Assistant:
- Attend meetings and take notes, ensuring smooth communication
- Be a key point of contact for the team, offering support wherever needed
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence
- Attend client meetings
- Perform data input and assist with maintaining accurate records, supporting the role of
- Run errands and support the team with ad-hoc duties as needed
- Manage and organize samples, ensuring they are properly catalogued and available for team use
- Be a key point of contact for the team, offering support wherever needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication sill
- Hands-on, flexible, and willing to “muck in” wherever needed
- A genuine interest in interiors or design would be a bonus
- Previous experience in an admin or support role preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
