Temp Part-Time Team Assistant – Mid - March Start - 10 hours/week over two days
Are you a proactive, hands-on, and adaptable individual with a passion for interiors and luxury items. Our client, a leading bespoke interiors firm, is seeking a confident and reliable Part-Time Temp Team Assistant/Admin to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
This is an ongoing temp role which will be 10 hours a week to be split over two days – the number of hours could increase over time but it’s for someone who would be happy with this amount of hours/week
Key Responsibilities of the Team Assistant:
• Supporting the Founder: Attend meetings with the founder, take notes, and follow up on action points.
• Manage the stock room and arrange shipments via couriers and parcel bikes.
• Client Liaison - handle sample drops/collections for clients and assist with installations.
• Content and Social Media: Draft newsletters for approval and spend 1 hour per week engaging with client posts on Instagram.
• CRM Management: Maintain and manage the Hubspot CRM system to ensure smooth client interactions.
