Candidate Registration Process

At Oriel Partners, we understand that our candidates are our reputation and vital to our success, which is why we have made the registration process for PA and admin roles as friendly and as thorough as possible. We want to hear all about you, your motivations and past experiences which will enable us to provide you with the right permanent or temporary PA / Executive Assistant role moving forwards. Whether you are looking for the PA role of a lifetime or a couple of weeks temping during college breaks, we will listen, advise and place you within some of the most exciting companies in London. We work within sectors such as finance, technology, management consultancy, executive search, property, creative, luxury and private households.

A high proportion of our PA and Executive Assistant candidates come directly through recommendation, however, if you do see a role advertised on one of the job boards please do apply via the app or apply through our job postings on our website. Please note that because we are a boutique PA and admin recruitment agency we cannot meet with everyone and we typically only meet candidates who we feel that we have a good chance of progressing straight to an interview or into a temporary assignment. The last thing we want to do is waste anyone’s time as we know how frustrating that can be.

Once you have sent us your CV one of our consultants will give you a quick call to find out a bit more about you and arrange a convenient time for you to come in and register. An email confirmation will then be sent out with clear directions and a registration/GDPR form attached for you to fill in before the meeting to save you time. Please remember to bring your passport as a form of ID and any relevant certificates. Any testing will be done remotely to make the recruitment process as seamless as possible.

Our Recruitment Process

The initial meeting will take approximately 30 minutes. Your experience and PA / Executive Assistant skills will be discussed, along with your aspirations and motivators for your next role. We love to listen and feel it is essential to get to know you and what makes you tick, so we can make sure that we get the fit and culture correct when matching you to new job opportunities. You will also be introduced to other members of the Oriel team who will go through any relevant job briefs with you before you leave. In addition, we will give you advice on your CV if we feel this will make you more marketable. We are not a 'salesy' agency and never push candidates, but we do like to think outside the box. If there are other opportunities that are less obvious but we think are right for you, we will tell you about them. If we feel that we are not the right London recruitment agency for you, we will be honest and point you in the right direction.

At this stage, you are now registered with us, but the process doesn't stop there. We hope to get you out on interview straight away but this does depend on your experience, job criteria and market conditions. During the journey, we are here to constantly support and continue to build up a strong relationship that will last for many years.
