We have experience in providing candidates to work on a short term, temporary and contract basis for a range of clients. Working as a temp is a brilliant way to explore different industry sectors and positions, and to gain valuable work experience. So many of our candidates end up securing a permanent role through their temporary placements, it can be a great introduction rather than going through the normal interview process. Temping offers flexibility to fit around other commitments or to fill a gap in between permanent employment whilst you are job hunting.
As with our permanent roles, we never compromise on ensuring we place candidates with the right skillset and experience to succeed in their role, as well as being the right team fit. This is why we spend so much time getting to know our candidates and always meet face to face before working with anyone. Our candidate care is what sets up apart from other agencies, we will only invite a candidate in to meet with us if we have an active role to discuss, or believe we can assist with the job search process. Our experienced recruitment consultants do not work in a targeted or sales driven environment, so there is no pressure to meet candidates to meet a certain quota. By not working to high-pressure targets, consultants can focus more on the actual needs of their candidates and build long term relationships, providing a first-class service which is at the core of everything we do.

Temporary PA or administrative support is often needed last-minute; this can be to cover sickness, holidays, or the time between one employee leaving and another one joining. Your consultant at Oriel Partners will manage the entire process for you, from arranging the initial interview to taking feedback and confirming the details of the assignment. We are always on hand to assist with any queries and to ensure you can succeed in the assignment. We payout temps on a per-hour rate, which is paid on a weekly basis in arrears.
